The Presentation Evenings for both the Hazelwood and Churchill Girl Guide
Units. Later this evening became a Hazelwood and Churchill Girl Guide District
term event.
In co-ordinating these type of event I worked with an organising team. Initially
lead by myself, but with practice and confidence the team took over.
Liaised with :
Olave Program members who enjoyed the experience of assisting the youth.
Parents who offered to assist.
All who assisted either had, or obtained Working With Children.
Leaders of units.
Youth members as this was also their night to Present what they had been doing through their time.
Police (notified and paper work filled out)
