Hi Susan, I am a little uncertain as to the information you require from the department. Unfortunately we do not have plans on file that show the location of water pipes for the Hazelwood South Hall. Try contacting Dial Before You Dig to see if they are able to assist you with this. I can not comment on the works proposed by the plumber or how this will impact on the hall. I recommend you discuss your concerns directly with the plumber/contractor.
