Actually all I'm trying to do is correctly place a freestanding sign that reads Hazelwood South Community Hall. people actually look for signs at ground level not on top of buildings.  So, not wanting to place it in the wrong position (through water pipes or council land etc) or even on the wrong land - The hall being on DSE land- I thought I would ask as in workable timeline modules that have been set out there is also a "gorilla Garden" going in too.
